Dinkers launched its first major tournament in May 2024 — Mad Brackets — and 171 players showed up. Three days of pickleball across Dinkers' 16 courts (12 indoor, 4 outdoor) in East Rochester, with proceeds supporting local causes including the Alzheimer's Association, the Kidney Foundation, and HelpSIS. At $20 per event with a minimum of 5 games guaranteed, it's one of the most accessible tournament formats in the area. The Backyard Bar & Grill and Cool Beanz Café kept the good vibes going off the court.
